Covid-19 Response

We have put in place appropriate safety measures to ensure the health of our patients, staff and community:

1.  We ask patients and visitors not to attend our clinic if they have a cold, cough, sore throat, fever, runny nose, loss of smell/taste, if they have been in contact with a confirmed/probable COVID-19 case, or if they have returned from overseas in the last 14 days.

2.  Increased and frequent cleaning of high-touch areas such as doors, counters and seating. We have also removed magazines from our waiting area.

3.  We practise social distancing by limiting the number of people in our waiting area, and by staggering appointments.

4.  We provide hand sanitiser to, and check the temperature of all visitors and patients upon arrival.

5.  Use of PPE by staff and a pre-procedural antiseptic mouth rinse for every patient. 

6.  Adherence to ADA (Australian Dental Association) guidelines for dental practice during different stages of the pandemic.
